Francophone League of Young Masters Program (FLYM) was launched in 2015 targeting African students studying at Alexandria University and Egyptian students who speak French. The program gathers students for bimonthly meetings held on Thursdays, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina Conference Center.

The Program is the product of a series of scientific and academic programs, such as the League of Young Masters (LYM) and the African League of Young Masters (ALYM), that have been held at the BA over the years. It aims to raise the awareness of young people about pressing issues and encourage them to become actively committed to building a better future for their country.
