The BA’s Cairo-based Sennari House, in cooperation with the General Management of the Antiquities of El-Darb el-Ahmar, is organizing the first forum for collaboration between the Ministries of Antiquities and Awqaf.The forum will discuss the issues that face both sides when it comes to archaeological mosques and possible solutions. The important role that should be played by imams in educating the community on the historical importance of ancient mosques will also be discussed. The forum will also present the idea of forming a joint committee to develop a protocol that will regulate the relationship between both parties and determine the rights and obligations of both of them.
