The Bibliotheca Alexandrina is hosting a closed conference discussing the scientific research problems in the Arab world and the possible solutions to break through the obstacles hindering the advancement of Research and development in the Arab World.
The goal of this conference is to promote the active exchange of views and experiences on the issues and problems of building capacities for scientific research and technology development in the Arab World and, hopefully, encourage new ideas and promote networking to encourage constructive collaboration on promoting research and development in science and technology to better meet the challenges of the 21st century.
