A Donation by Kuwait University

Alexandria—The BA received a valuable donation from Kuwait University, Kuwait. The donation comprised a variety of political, social, cultural, scientific, and artistic books. The donation included publications issued by the University, most important of which were the Legal System for Using Petroleum in Arab Countries by Dr. Mohamed Elwan, International Political Theories by Dr. Ismail Mukled, Applied Studies in Arabic Poetry by Dr. Abdu Badawy, Lexicon of Shaih Muslim’s Terms by Saad El-Marsafy. The donation also included several periodicals issued by Kuwait University such as Arab Journal on Human Sciences, Journal on Law, Journal on Sharia and Islamic Studies.
Dr. Sohair Wastawy, Head of the BA Library Service Sector, stated that the donation is part of a series of donations that the BA receives from different international and Arab organizations. She added that the distinguished donation from the Kuwait University will enrich the Library’s collection. The donation reflects the cultural exchange between the BA and the Kuwait University.
