Permanent Exhibition on Ceramics by Mohie el-Dine Hussein

Alexandria— The BA will celebrate on Wednesday, 28 February 2007, the opening of the permanent exhibition of Artist Mohie el-Dine Hussein.

Mohie el-Dine Hussein is well-respected pioneer in modern Egyptian ceramics who followed an exceptional path of creativity and enlightenment. The museum holds 100 of his rare works produced in the period from the 1960s to date. The beautiful modern works are namely: pottery, murals, tableaux, and sculpture, in different ceramic materials and techniques, including firing and metallic glaze.

The opening will be at 19:00 hrs. in the B1.
