The American Author Melissa Rosssi Writes on the BA in her New Book

Melissa Rossi, American Author and Journalist, visited the BA on Sunday, 8 July 2007, as part of her tour in the archeological and cultural landmarks in Egypt, in preparation for her new book "What Every American Should Know About the Middle East" (2008 - Forthcoming).
Melissa Rossi took several photographs of the different departments of the BA and its various acquisitions to include in her forthcoming book. Rossi's visit to the BA is part of the Egyptian General Authority for Tourism Promotion strategy to promote the Egyptian tourist's product in all international markets.
Rossi took a tour of the Library, its affiliated exhibitions and museums, and different services offered by the BA to members and visitors. The tour included the Manuscripts Museum, the Digital Lab, the Internet Archive, VISTA, the Planetarium Science Center, and the Alexploratorium.
