A Workshop on Building Communication Skills at the BA

The BA will organize on Monday, 13 August 2007, a workshop entitled "Building Communication Skills", moderated by Dr. Salah Soliman, Professor of Pesticide Chemistry and Toxicology, Faculty of Agriculture, Alexandria University. Dr. Khaled Afifi, General Manager of MPI Pharmaceutical Industries and Former Area Manager of Middle East Region of LEO Pharmaceuticals will speak in the workshop on different social patterns, and how to deal with different personalities.
The workshop will discuss oral and written communication, listening, expressing feelings, giving comments and notes, negotiation skills, self confidence, and objection skills. The workshop will also focus on responding to the needs of others, and understanding them, as well as team work skills.
The sessions will start at 9:00 hrs. until 17:00 hrs. at the Conference Center.
