The Wonders of the Cosmos in the Planetarium Shows During Ramadan

Alexandria— The BA Planetarium Science Center (PSC) will present during Ramadan a group of shows on the universe and its various planets to explore the wonders of the cosmos and discover the mysterious world of astronomy through the various live multi-media shows the planetarium presents.

The shows will include "Oasis in Space" (22 min), which focuses on the fact that water is the basic and most important constituent of life on earth. Searching for water on other planets in our Solar System; this show takes us on a fascinating expedition all over the planets in our galaxy to search for the most precious resource on earth: water. Is there life on other planets? Are there worlds like ours? This show attempts to answer these questions and many others.

"BIG" is a Video Panorama (24 min), which takes the audience on an imaginary journey across the Solar System, through the Eagle Nebula, out of our galaxy and well beyond into the blackness of space.

"The Human Body" (43 min), reveals the human body in a way never seen before - describing the incredible story of a single day in the lifetime of our bodies. From morning to night, we live through many miracles. The film is a journey to discover the biological nature of the human body and understand the role of the human beings vital organs.
