United Federation of Travel Agents’ Associations Senior Advisor Visits the BA

Mr. Birger Backman, Senior Advisor to the Board of United Federation of Travel Agents’ Associations (UFTAA), will visit the BA on Tuesday, 13 May 2008, as a major scientific and cultural complex in Egypt and the entire world, in addition to being a major touristic destination.
Ambassador Hagar Islambouly, Head of the BA External Relations Sector will accompany Mr. Backman on a tour of the Library, and will introduce the different services offered by the BA to members and visitors. The tour will include the Manuscripts Museum, the Antiquities Museum, the Digital Lab, the Internet Archive, VISTA, the Planetarium Science Center, the Alexploratorium and the Culturama.
