HRH Crown Prince Philippe of Belgium Visits the BA

HRH Crown Prince Philippe of Belgium, Duke of Brabant, accompanied by a senior delegation, will visit the BA on Tuesday, 27 May, as is a scientific and cultural landmark not only in Egypt and the Middle East, but the entire world.
Dr. Ismail Serageldin, Director of the Library of Alexandria, will accompany the Crown Prince and the delegation on a tour of the Library, and will introduce the different services offered by the BA to its members and visitors. The tour will include the Callimachus Triangle, Description de l'Egypte, Internet Archive, the Manuscript and Rare Books Museum, the Impressions of Alexandria Exhibition (Mohamed Awad’s Collection), the Antiquities Museum, and the CULTURAMA.
The Crown Prince will meet with some Egyptian Businessmen to explore potentials of cooperation between Egypt and Belgium.
