Mid-Year Vacation Program at the BA Child and Adolescent Creative Unit

The BA Arts Center Child and Adolescent Creative Unit organizes a Mid-Year Vacation Activity Program from 20 January to 12 February 2011 at the Atelier of Alexandria.
The Program targets age groups from 6 to 18 years old. Activities vary from plastic art (accessories, caricature, batik, collage and photography) to music, theatre and cinema.
The program also encompasses the Fayoum camp from 9 to 12 February 2011, targeting children and adolescents from 12 to 17 years old. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the natural environment of El-Fayoum, and participate in a number of art workshops related to its nature, such as pottery, wicker crafts and photography workshops.
The “Book Movie” Competition, short documentary films, will be also held for participants from 12 to 18 years old. Each participant should present a topic that touches his/her life or narrates a personal experience.
Registration and fees payment will start on Monday, 17 January 2011, at the Arts Center Child and Adolescent Creative Unit, at the Atelier d’Alexandrie, 6 Victor Bassili Street, Al-Azarita.
