Study of programs in indigenous health from overseas has revealed five key strategies that appear to have resulted in significant improvements in the health of indigenous populations, and which are relevant to the Australian situation. (Ring 1995)

This lecture discusses activities relevant to each of these strategies currently underway in Australia.
