Here we have had very similar patterns with a twice a day dosing prescription. What you can see, however, is that there's actually independence between the first dosing of the day and the second dosing of the day. First dosing is quite erratic, occurring any time between 7 or 7:30 in the morning and 11pm at night, with the evening dose being pretty consistent. That's very similar to what we find about the relationship of adherence between different regimens. A person’s adherence to medication is wholly independent of their adherence to exercise or diet; we can't generalize from one regimen to another. And what we're learning is we can't generalize between dosing intervals for the very same medications within the same regimen.
