*Volunteers – Antiquities Museum
The BA Antiquities Museum is pleased to announce that applications are now open for its volunteer team. Volunteers will help support cultural and educational activities and engage with visitors within a unique archaeological setting.
Basic Application Requirements:
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
- Archaeology (Greek and Roman Archaeology / History / Islamic Archaeology)
- Tour Guiding
- Fine Arts
- Specific Education (Arts Division)
Additional requirements include:
- An energetic and lively spirit.
- A genuine desire to work with children and youth.
- Good communication skills.
- A passion for heritage, archaeology, and culture.
- Proactivity and capacity for teamwork.
- A desire to learn and gain experience within a professional museum environment.
Volunteering will be a unique opportunity to gain practical experience at one of Egypt’s leading cultural institutions and take part in educational and awareness-raising activities related to archaeology and heritage.
Location: Antiquities Museum – Bibliotheca Alexandrina.
