*Volunteering Opportunities at the Visits Department for Students and Fresh Graduates
The BA Visits Department of the External Relations and Media Sector is pleased to announce that it is accepting a new group of volunteers to lead guided tours in French
Guided Tours Section / Tour Guide:
The guide takes visitors (individuals and groups) of different nationalities on tours of the Library in French during which he/she explains the history and services of the BA.
Required Qualifications:
- General knowledge of historical events.
- Proficiency in Arabic and French.
- Neat and formal appearance.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Fast learner.
- Flexibility when needed regarding working hours (shifts, weekends, and public holidays).
The training period consists of 200 hours. Volunteers receive certificates at the end of the volunteering period.
Required age: 19 – 29 years old.
