On the occasion of the 120th anniversary of the Archaeological Society of Alexandria, Bibliotheca Alexandrina is hosting an international conference in collaboration with BA Alexandria and Mediterranean Research Center, the Center and Centre d’Études Alexandrines. The conference entitled “Alexandria: Current Archaeological Research and Future Perspectives” and held on 7 to 9 April 2013.

Participate with us in the workshop of “Drawing on Water” known as “Art of Ibro” in the section of the Center at the Alexandria International Book Fair at the following times:
Friday 29th March from 4- 6 p.m (Calligraphy center section at Alexandria International Book Fair).
Saturday 30th March from 4- 6 p.m (Calligraphy center section at Alexandria International Book Fair).
Sunday 31th March from 12- 2p.m (Calligraphy center section at Alexandria International Book Fair) and from 6- 8 p.m (Romm A or E).
 

Lecture by Prof. Dr. Abd Al Nasser Yassin, Prof. of Islamic Archaeology- Faculty of Arts, Member of the Egyptian- German Expedition, on Thursday 28th March 2013, Bibliotheca Alexandrina, Main Entrance, Auditorium Hall.
