Red Tide and Human Health

The seminar evolved around the term "Red Tide", which refers to different types of harmful algal blooms. Harmful Algal Blooms [HABs] naturally appear in cold and tropical waters worldwide and are caused by certain types of microscopic algae, collectively known as phytoplankton.
