ALL participants will be staying at the Helnan Palestine Hotel (***** stars). The special guest rate arranged by the Bibliotheca Alexandrina is $85 for a single and $95 for a double.

U.S. participants should NOT contact the hotel directly to reserve a room. Instead, send the dates of your arrival and departure in Alexandria, along with your flight information and requirements for ground transportation to and from the arrival airport--either Cairo or Alexadria--to Carolyn Loether (cloether@mail.sis.pitt.edu) by DECEMBER 22. Carolyn will compile the information and transmit it to the Bibliotheca Alexandrina. Guests will pay the hotel upon check-in.
