A new study out looked at reducing Alzheimer’s risk. Many people may have seen this, this is a JAMA article that found that cognitively stimulating activities reduced the risk of Alzheimer’s disease. This looked at 801 Catholic nuns, priests, and brothers. This is not The Nun Study, The Nun Study just used nuns. This one went about things in a different way and they followed them over about six years total. And they had people rated on seven common activities, rated people on their level of physical activity, do some neuropsychological testing and then wait until they die and look and see what they learned basically.
