I looked at a study, which I hadn’t found too many of, I found one where longer-term memory training was used.
Here’s somebody who took 375 people, divided them into a treatment group and into some controls and worked with people over 30 weeks time. Had a baseline, had an end-treatment, and had a one-year follow-up. Trained people on coping strategies, memory training, and some psychomotor training.
