Master's degree in Hellenistic Studies

The Master's Degree comprises 10 courses (24 hours of mandatory courses + 6 hours of elective courses), and each course is 3 credit hours, totaling 30 credit hours in addition to 8 credit hours of MA thesis. Required 75% attendance is compulsory. The Master's semester is fifteen weeks.

    Mandatory Courses

    18 credit hours (6 courses x 3 hours)

 

     Elective Courses

     12 credit hours (4 courses x 3 hours)

 

Credits:

38 credit hours are required; divided into 18 credit hours Mandatory Courses, and 12 credit hours Elective Courses, in addition to 8 credit hours of the complementary research (the thesis). Each course has 3 credit hours.

The courses are divided into two semesters. Each semester has three mandatory courses and two elective courses. The student is free to choose courses according to the credit hour system.

Attendance:

Students must attend 75% of each course.
